La Cantina dei Nonni, founded in 2011 by Michele Doto in Castelcivita, vinifies exclusively from its own vines planted at Cappellano, near the Alburni mountains. The estate traces its winemaking lineage through generations, with family knowledge embedded in its name. Hand-harvested grapes undergo natural fermentation under strict temperature control, each step—from planting to cellar—executed with deliberate oversight. The producer focuses on Cilento DOC and broader Campania designations, crafting reds, whites, and rosés that distill the region's viticultural character.
