LA COLLINA PODERI commands the hills of Dogliani with a focused portfolio of three Nebbiolo and Dolcetto expressions. The winery's work across Barbaresco and Barolo—the latter demanding 38 months of aging—reflects the depth possible when Piedmont's signature varieties encounter proper time and cellar discipline. In Dogliani itself, the Dolcetto finds expression across both this local DOCG and the tighter Dogliani d'Alba zone, capturing the mineral character that defines these slopes in Cuneo.
