La Togata Vini Italiani da Sogno operates from Sant'Angelo in Colle, a medieval settlement eight kilometres south of Montalcino within UNESCO's Val d'Orcia. The winery crafts Toscano IGT wines—reds, whites, and rosés—from Sangiovese, Trebbiano Toscano, and Canaiolo Nero grapes across the 273-municipality zone. Visitors access the cellars and tasting room with panoramic vistas toward the protected valley. Since its inaugural vintage in 1990, La Togata has archived bottles in the family caveau, a practice reflecting the winery's philosophy that wine merits permanent safekeeping.
