Mai Domi di Salvi Alex built its operation from scratch in Saint-Christophe, Valle d'Aosta, without inherited land or family winemaking roots. What began almost playfully—exploring viticulture under the mentorship of Giorgio Anselmet—evolved into serious production of Valle d'Aosta DOC wines. The small estate crafts bianco, rosso, and rosato expressions, each meeting the region's demanding 9.5% minimum alcohol threshold, reflecting the alpine terroir of one of Italy's most rigorous denominations.
