Marzaghe crafts spumante and rosato in Erbusco's heart, where the Franciacorta zone spans 19 municipalities across Lombardy's vineyards. Drawing on Chardonnay, Pinot nero, Pinot bianco, and Erbamat, the house subjects each bottle to a minimum 18-month aging regimen, coaxing complexity from its base wines. At 11.5% alcohol minimum, these are wines of precision and finesse—neither heavy nor thin. The tasting room on via Parlamento welcomes visitors to discover how restraint and time transform fruit into effervescence.
