Masseria dello Sbirro spans seven hectares across the volcanic slopes of Vesuvius, straddling Ercolano and Portici within the national park. The estate cultivates Pomodorino del Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP—diminutive oval tomatoes prized for their firm flesh and pronounced sweet-sour balance—following rigorous organic standards. Each plant receives meticulous attention from transplanting in April through summer harvest and processing at the on-site laboratory, where tomatoes transform into the range of quality-certified products that define this Vesuvian producer.
