Marco Mentucci works across four protected appellations of the Marche region, each demanding distinct winemaking discipline. His Vernaccia di Serrapetrona, built on the rare dark Vernaccia grape, yields both sparkling and still red wines from a compact three-municipality zone. Simultaneously, he crafts Montepulciano and Sangiovese-based Cònero reds that require two years of aging, alongside dual expressions of Verdicchio—one from Matelica's eight municipalities, another from the broader Castelli di Jesi corridor spanning nineteen towns. This portfolio reflects a producer committed to the technical demands of Marche's diverse terroirs.
