Mignanego Francesco & Figli traces its roots to 1968, when Francesco established the first production in Gavi's heart. Over five decades, the family expanded across the zone's hillside vineyards, where altitude and soil composition forge the freshness of their Cortese-based wines. Today, their 2002 cantina in Francavilla Bisio merges time-tested winemaking with modern cellar technology, shepherding Gavi DOCG through every stage—from harvest to bottle. The estate crafts still, frizzante, and spumante expressions, each above the region's 10.5% alcohol threshold.
