Molinetto di Diego Carrea commands eight hectares of Cortese vines across the Gavi zone, where the Piedmont hills already carry salt-touched breezes. The estate produces Gavi DOCG in all three expressions—still, frizzante, and spumante—each unified by the same rigorous standard: pure Cortese, minimum 10.5% alcohol, aromas and structure earned through careful cultivation of a single plot. Diego Carrea left a Milan consulting career to return to the family vineyard's roots and steer production toward the elegance this terroir demands.
