Oro di Diamanti operates in Zola Predosa, part of Bologna's Colli Bolognesi zone, where Grechetto gentile vines define the Pignoletto DOCG. The producer works across three distinct styles—still white, frizzante, and spumante—each bringing different expressions of local terroir to the glass. Minimum alcohol of 11.5% ensures the freshness and verve this northeastern region is known for, with blends sometimes incorporating select white-skinned varieties grown throughout Emilia-Romagna.
