ORSOLINA operates across three distinct Piedmont appellations, anchoring its practice in the Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato DOCG, where it crafts rosso wines from the region's signature Ruchè grape alongside Barbera and Brachetto. The producer also works within the broader Terre Alfieri DOCG, spanning eleven municipalities and encompassing white and red styles from Arneis, Nebbiolo, and local non-aromatic varieties. Complementing this portfolio is Barbera d'Asti DOCG production, drawing on fruit from Piedmont's most extensive wine zone across 165 municipalities, with wines aged a minimum of four months to develop complexity.
