Paladin Giovanni operates across 200 hectares of argillaceous terrain in Ormelle, where the soil's clay content naturally favors both red and white wine production. Rooted in the region since the late 1960s, when Giovanni and his brother Armando inherited their father Andrea's vision, the estate has evolved into a modern operation. Today, their children Pamela and Andrea continue the winemaking lineage, employing cutting-edge viticulture and production technologies while maintaining focus on delle Venezie DOC whites—from Pinot Grigio to Tocai friulano—and distinctive reds that express the terroir's character.
