Pascolo Alessandro tends vineyards in Dolegna del Collio, at the heart of Friuli-Venezia Giulia's Collio Goriziano zone. The producer works with the region's signature white varieties—from Friulano and Pinot grigio to Ribolla gialla and Sauvignon—and aromatic grapes including Traminer, crafting both standard and reserve expressions. Each wine reflects the limestone-clay terroir of this eight-municipality appellation, where Alpine influence and Mediterranean light shape mineral, structured whites above 11.5% alcohol.
