Pedemontis operates within Roero DOCG, a nineteen-municipality zone in Piedmont where Nebbiolo commands the red wines with structure and complexity. The house crafts Roero rosso from this demanding varietal, alongside Arneis-based whites and spumantes that capture the region's mineral character. A minimum 12.5% alcohol and twenty months' aging define the caliber of each release, ensuring wines of depth and balance that reflect Roero's distinctive terroir.
