Pelassa operates in Roero, Piedmont's sandstone-rich zone spanning nineteen municipalities. The winery commands a range across the appellation's three pillars: Nebbiolo for structured reds, Arneis for delicate whites and sparkling wines, plus complementary non-aromatic varieties.
