Plani Arche interprets Montefalco Sagrantino through the discipline of extended maturation. This Umbrian producer works with Sagrantino grapes across the five-municipality zone, creating both dry and passito expressions. Each wine honours the Sagrantino varietal's structure and depth, developed through the mandatory 37-month minimum ageing that shapes the DOCG's identity. At 13.0% alcohol minimum, these wines reflect terroir intensity rather than ripeness.
