Poderi Colla

Poderi Colla produces sparkling wines under the Alta Langa DOCG, one of Piedmont's most rigorous designations spanning 148 municipalities. The winery works with Pinot nero and Chardonnay, along with selected non-aromatic varieties, crafting both traditional dry spumante and delicate rosato expressions. Each wine undergoes a minimum of 30 months' aging, allowing complex aromas and refined bubbles to develop fully before release. With an alcohol floor of 11.5%, the wines achieve precision and elegance characteristic of this alpine terroir.
