Raccaro operates 7 hectares of vineyard in Cormons, on the slopes of Monte Quarin, where vines have flourished for four generations since 1928. The estate focuses on white wines—Friulano, Malvasia, and Collio expressions—drawn from Collio Goriziano's celebrated terroir. Each vintage prioritizes depth over volume, channeling the mineral character and aromatic potential of varietals suited to this northeastern Italian zone. The family's century-long stewardship defines their calibrated approach to expression.
