Roberto Sarotto's vineyard in Neviglie traces its roots to 1820, when Giuseppe Sarotto arrived from Barbaresco and began cultivating Dolcetto for local and English markets. Today the estate crafts three protected denominations: Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato, Terre Alfieri, and Barbera d'Asti. Visitors descend into the underground cellar to discover the family museum, where generations of winemaking heritage unfold alongside contemporary productions. The 12.5% minimum alcohol Ruchè and structured Barbera reflect Piedmont's terroir.
