ROCCA farms three Nebbiolo-based Piedmont denominations of remarkable scope: Barbaresco from its home zone of four municipalities, and Barolo spanning eleven across the region's most demanding terroirs. Both demand extended cellaring—twenty-six and thirty-eight months respectively—allowing Nebbiolo's tannins and aromatics to mature into wine of genuine complexity. The estate also commands Dolcetto production across two distinct regions, expressing the varietal's range from the single-municipality Diano d'Alba to the expansive Dogliani zone.
