Romano Vincenzo works the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna near Bronte, where ancient soils and Mediterranean sun craft oils of uncommon character. The producer carefully selects olives to yield extra virgin oils marked by yellow-to-green hues and a distinctive grass-forward nose, balanced with green fruit notes.
