Rossetti works directly with local growers in Cerreto Guidi, selecting premium fruit that defines their Toscano IGT range. Their Sangiovese, Trebbiano Toscano, and Canaiolo Nero emerge as bright reds, clean whites, and elegant rosés—each bottled at minimum 11% alcohol, each shaped by the volcanic clay and limestone soils of the Florence hills. The house philosophy centers on daily curation: no shortcuts, no compromise in the cellar.
