Rossovermiglio draws on a lineage stretching back to 1800, when the Verlingieri family began crafting red wines in Paduli's historic center. Under Piero Verlingieri's stewardship since 1988, the winery has revitalized its vineyard holdings while anchoring itself to Sannite traditions. Today, Aglianico del Taburno remains the estate's signature expression—a structured wine requiring 24 months' maturation that captures the volcanic soils and continental climate of Benevento's 13-municipality zone.
