San Fereolo commands four Piedmont DOCG zones from its Dogliani base in the Langhe. The estate crafts Dolcetto—both the single-vineyard expression from nearby Diano d'Alba and the broader Dogliani appellation—alongside Nebbiolo-based Barbaresco and Barolo, each demand exacting standards: 26 months minimum for Barbaresco, 38 for Barolo. This vertical span from lighter reds to serious age-worthy wines reflects the producer's command of both local terroir and rigorous winemaking discipline.
