Sutto operates across Salgareda in the Piave basin, home to two distinct DOCG expressions. Their Lison whites emerge from Tai and compatible non-aromatic grapes across Veneto's three northeastern provinces, bottled at minimum 12% alcohol. The Piave Malanotte reds, built from Raboso Piave and regional cousins, demand three years of aging before release. Three generations of the Sutto family have stewarded these vineyards since 1933, maintaining continuity through a broader group structure while preserving individual winery character across their portfolio.
