Tamburino Sardo

Tamburino Sardo commands the elevated reaches of Custoza, where the Fasoli family has stewarded vineyards since 1968. Now in its second generation under Stefano and Giuliano, the estate channels the zone's characteristic grapes—Garganega, Cortese, and Trebbiano Toscano—into whites ranging from crisp bianco to complex riserva. The vineyard's hillside position, in the locality that inspired literary history, yields wines of mineral definition and structure.
