Tenuta Il Falchetto produces Alta Langa DOCG sparkling wines across one of Piedmont's most expansive protected zones, spanning 148 municipalities in the Langhe region. The estate crafts both traditional spumante and rosato expressions from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, complemented by other non-aromatic varieties suited to the terroir. Each bottling undergoes a rigorous 30-month aging minimum, developing the complexity and finesse that define this appellation's demanding standards, with all wines reaching at least 11.5% alcohol.
