Tenuta L'Illuminata operates from La Morra in the heart of Piedmont's Langhe hills, where the microclimate shapes Nebbiolo and Dolcetto into wines of considerable structure. The estate focuses on two pillars of the region: Barolo and Barbaresco, crafted from old-vine parcels that demand patient cellaring—38 months and 26 months respectively—before release. Complementing these powerful reds, the producer also works with lighter-framed Dolcetto, both from the compact Diano d'Alba zone and the broader Dogliani appellation, offering a complete snapshot of Piedmont's red-wine heritage.
