Tenuta Quvestra produces Oltrepò Pavese metodo classico DOCG, the traditional-method sparkling wines of Lombardy's 41-municipality region. Drawing on Pinot nero, Chardonnay, and white Pinot varieties, the house crafts both blanc and rosé expressions, each aged a minimum of 15 months on lees. With alcohol levels anchored at 11.5% or above, these wines reflect the precision and restraint of classical sparkling winemaking in the Oltrepò.
