Led today by agronomist Alberto Faggiani and enologist Erika Barbieri, the estate crafts whites from classic Friuli varieties—Tocai Friulano, Pinot Grigio, Ribolla Gialla, and others—alongside aromatic Traminer and Müller Thurgau. Visitors discover how each vintage captures the Collio's character, with extended aging on lees revealing subtle depth and persistence.
