Terrabianca focuses on the aromatic white grape varieties native to the Asti region, where 51 municipalities converge around this producer's vineyard holdings. The estate transforms Moscato bianco and complementary white grapes into spumante, metalled and still whites that meet Asti DOCG standards, each bearing a minimum 11.5% alcohol content. A month's maturation grounds these expressions before release, allowing the grapes' regional character to emerge fully in the glass.
