Terre di San Venanzio

Terre di San Venanzio takes its name from the sixth-century patron saint of Prosecco, honouring the region's winemaking heritage. Founded in 2007 by Gabriele Gregolo and Monica Ganz in Valdobbiadene, the cantina occupies a converted woodworking space close to Cartizze, the zone's most prestigious cru. Working with Glera and the traditional companion varieties, they craft Prosecco DOCG across frizzante and spumante styles, balancing time-honoured methods with non-invasive techniques to achieve distinction in every bottle.
