Terre Nere

Terre Nere operates fifteen hectares near Montalcino's Castello di Velona, where ten are planted with Sangiovese Grosso. Founded by Pasquale Vallone, the estate articulates its terroir through hand-tended vines, producing Brunello di Montalcino that ages minimum 48 months. The ruby-to-garnet palette reflects the varietal's DNA, with the Riserva released only in superior vintages, while the Rosso variant captures initial aromatics of wild cherry and violet.
