Terre sul Dirillo produces two distinct expressions of Monti Iblei DOP extra virgin olive oil—Arillo and Fior di Olive—each distinguished by high polyphenol content and vivid golden hues. From their vineyard on the hills of south-eastern Sicily near Chiaramonte Gulfi, the Scollo brothers craft oils with pronounced intensity and peppery finish, capturing the characteristic green-tomato notes that define the protected denomination. Their approach honors both the terroir and the sensory profile that made these oils regionally significant.
