From Castagnole Monferrato, Elia Defilippi draws Ruchè to craft wines of distinctive character across the DOCG's tight seven-municipality zone. Across the broader Terre Alfieri and Barbera d'Asti designations—spanning 11 and 165 municipalities respectively—the house commands access to Arneis, Nebbiolo, and the region's benchmark Barbera. This geographic reach allows pursuit of wines spanning white and red across multiple protected denominations, each shaped by local soil and altitude.
