Valdicava produces Brunello di Montalcino DOCG from Sangiovese grown in the steep vineyards surrounding Montalcino. The winery stewards land shaped by its people and animals alike, where rural wisdom guides both viticulturist and soil. Each vintage spends 48 months aging before release, allowing the wine's structure to crystallize into depth. In Val di Cava's microclimate, biodiversity and territorial harmony become inseparable from the glass.
