Vincenzo Bossotti Vignaiolo works vineyards in Cisterna d'Asti, the heartland of Terre Alfieri. The family's roots run to the 1940s, when grandfather Domenico purchased the San Rumè plots that anchored the estate. Today they cultivate three DOCG zones: Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato, Terre Alfieri, and Barbera d'Asti. Visitors taste the wines directly at the winery, where sustainable viticulture and respect for territorial character guide every vintage.
