3DP Carni operates from Orte, in the Viterbo area, within the production zone for central Italian lamb. The company focuses on Agnello del Centro Italia IGP, following the animals throughout their entire biological cycle, from suckling to adult grazing. The denomination encompasses 1403 municipalities distributed across the central region, a broad perimeter based on the traceability of pastoral systems rooted in this landscape. It is from here that the IGP draws its guarantee: not an abstract brand, but the registration of a supply chain that starts from grazing and leads to slaughter. The classification of carcasses into light, heavy, and castrated categories dictates production with precise criteria, reflecting a commitment to meat quality rather than overall volumes.
