ADA NADA di Anna Lisa Nada

Ada Nada di Anna Lisa Nada is based in Treiso, where four protected Langhe denominations converge. The winery works with Dolcetto and Nebbiolo on distinct terroirs: from Dolcetto come the softer, more immediate reds, between Dogliani and Diano d'Alba, while Nebbiolo splits into the mineral Barbaresco, which requires twenty-six months of aging, and the austere Barolo, with an even longer evolution in the cellar. The four origins — two with a Dolcetto imprint and two with Nebbiolo — outline a geography of taste confined to a few kilometers of hills, where the same grape variety changes character depending on the soil and exposure. An agriturismo, converted from an eighteenth-century farmhouse, completes the picture: guests walk among the vine-covered slopes and pair the wines with local specialties, experiencing firsthand how much the character of the Langhe varies from one parcel to another. It is a collection of contiguous yet irreducible denominations, guarded by a single family hand.
