Adamo Canel produces Prosecco in Conegliano Valdobbiadene, where the steep terrain of fifteen municipalities shapes the character of each vintage. Working with Glera and its traditional companions—Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, Perera, and Glera lunga—the house crafts wines across the full spectrum from still bianco to structured spumante. Each expression carries the mineral precision of limestone-rich soils and the snap of the pre-Alpine microclimate.
