Agricola Cutini is located in Gualdo Cattaneo, within the Montefalco wine region, in the province of Perugia. The winery focuses on Sagrantino, the symbolic grape variety of this corner of Umbria, interpreting it in its sole denomination, Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG, in both its dry red and *passito* (sweet wine) versions. It is a tannic and austere grape that allows no shortcuts and demands time to tame its power. The regulations impose strictness: a minimum alcohol content of 13 degrees and a demanding aging period of thirty-seven months, which builds the structural complexity of Montefalco's most serious expressions.
