Agricola Marognole di Corsi Fabio

In the hills of Marano di Valpolicella, in the province of Verona, Agricola Marognole di Corsi Fabio is a small estate within the Valpolicella Classica. The winery interprets two guaranteed denominations: Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, where Corvina veronese and Rondinella mature for at least twenty-four months, gaining complexity, and Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG, offered in both passito and spumante versions. The work is a family affair, rooted in the vineyards of the Veronese hills and in harmony with the consolidated methods of appassimento, a technique that here is not a mere affectation but a foundational element of its identity.
