Agricola Miglioretti

From its Torinese heartland, Agricola Miglioretti oversees two contiguous Piedmontese denominations: Freisa di Chieri and Collina Torinese. Built on the inherited lands of Valle Miglioretti, the winery works exclusively with certified regional laboratories, ensuring traceability from the vineyard to the sealing and labeling of every bottle. The range follows the versatility of Freisa, offered in dry, superiore, and sweet versions, complemented by red wines and novello obtained from Barbera and other suitable black grape varieties. Both denominations share a minimum alcohol content of 10.5%, a threshold within which the company crafts a style of conscious technique rather than sheer power. It is a work of precision, prioritizing process accuracy and fidelity to the grape variety over immediate impact. Not open to visitors, the winery entrusts its story to the consistency between the two Torinese hillside denominations, where Freisa remains the common thread and controlled transformation guarantees what arrives in the glass.
