In Treiso, Agricola Molino cultivates sixteen hectares where Moscato bianco and aromatic grape varieties thrive within the company's sole denomination, Asti DOCG, spanning fifty-one municipalities. Since 1991, the same oenologist has guided the evolution of the estate from a regional entity to a recognized voice in national and international markets. His French training has refined a particular approach that unites spumante and still white wines. Each wine rests for at least a month before revealing the precision that Piedmont demands. Very low-impact agricultural practices now define the work in the vineyard, the result of decades of direct experience rather than a recent choice. It is a conviction built season after season, rooted in knowledge of the soil. Around a single denomination, the company thus expresses different registers of the same Moscato, from spumante to still. The perimeter of Asti DOCG becomes the field within which to measure consistency and continuity.
