On the calcareous hills of Collio Goriziano, where alpine influences shape the white wines, Agriturismo Kovač works with a single denomination, the DOC that gives its name to this Friulian border region. The range features the noble white wines of the area — Malvasia istriana, Pinot grigio, Sauvignon, Friulano — alongside aromatic varieties that capture the mineral character of the soil, reflecting the profile of a territory dedicated to white grapes. Each vintage reaches at least 11.5% alcohol, a measure that balances freshness and structure without sacrificing either.
