Alibrianza
In the Soave area, in the province of Verona, Alibrianza has been carrying on a family-run business for over thirty-five years, founded on two white grape varieties: Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave. From this foundation, two distinct denominations emerge, Recioto di Soave DOCG and Soave Superiore DOCG, representing the two possible extremes of the same grapes. Recioto is the version made from dried grapes, available as both a passito and a sparkling wine, with a minimum of 12% alcohol; Soave Superiore, on the other hand, is a still white wine that reinterprets the same varieties, seeking balance rather than power. Two ways of reading the same grape, from concentrated sweetness to measured dryness. The long family continuity lends coherence to the project, which remains anchored to the characteristics of the Soave grapes. The winery welcomes those who wish to get to know this dual register up close: visits and tastings are open to visitors, ideal for sampling the two facets of the denomination in sequence.
