The volcanism of the hills and the microclimate of the Northeast shape the Moscato giallo and indigenous aromatic varieties, the raw material for a fruit with marked olfactory and gustatory versatility. The winery develops the entire range provided by the regulations, articulating the grape into three complementary styles: the still version, the sparkling wine, and the passito, each over 10.5% by volume.
