In Vo', on the Colli Euganei, Alla Costiera focuses its certified organic work on a single DOCG, Colli Euganei Fior d'Arancio, a denomination covering seventeen municipalities in central Veneto. Filippo Gamba cultivates aromatic white grape varieties—primarily Moscato giallo—on volcanic soils, where the continental climate, softened by local influences, imparts elegance and mineral definition to the wines. From a single appellation, the company derives three expressions: still white wines, sparkling wines, and passito wines, all above the 10.5 percent threshold, three ways of interpreting the same aromatic grape according to the degree of concentration and sweetness.
