Antica Distilleria Sibona

Antica Distilleria Sibona holds one of Piedmont's oldest distillation licenses and, from Piobesi d'Alba, is associated with the Vermut di Torino IGP denomination. However, its most renowned signature remains grappa: the Riserva di Nebbiolo rests for over two years in barrels previously used for Port, gaining profound complexity from this process. Seven consecutive awards as the region's best distillery attest to the established method. Everything rests on a rigorous selection of pomace and long aging times, which impart a marked typicity to the grappas rather than generic pleasantness. Alongside this heritage, the house looks to the present: its distillates become material for mixologists who build cocktails around the noblest spirits, moving products born from tradition into a contemporary language. It is the mark of a distillery that does not merely preserve its technical archive but continues to circulate it.
