Antiche terre venete

In Valpantena, a short distance from Verona, Antiche Terre Venete combines consolidated experience with a contemporary vision. The winery focuses on two white grape denominations from the Soave area: Soave Superiore DOCG and Recioto di Soave DOCG, both based on Garganega and complementary white grape varieties cultivated on natural terraces. The two labels tell the story of the same grape variety in two contrasting ways: the dry tension of the Superiore and the concentrated sweetness of the Recioto, obtained from dried grapes (appassimento). The scenic basin protecting the vineyards frames a work where respect for the territory and enological technique coexist in the same bottle. The estate welcomes visits and tastings: it's worth planning a stop to traverse the terraces and appreciate, glass in hand, both the distance and the connection between a dry Soave Superiore and a meditative Recioto, two faces of the same Garganega interpreted through distinct winemaking methods.
